I am reluctant to blame the theme for this one, but I have WP 4.4.1 working fine with other themes…

When I edit a post or page, using Unlimited 1.15, I find that while I’m in the WP Editor, the “Text” tab (vs Visual) does nothing (it highlights with mouse-over but does not invoke). In addition (possibly related), the line spacing within the post or page is screwing up, so that when I save an existing page unaltered, the linefeeds are munged into a run-on stream of text.

I can send you images if you can tell me how…

I did a refresh of WP 4.4.1, but no difference. Don’t really see how it can be the theme but maybe you have a suggestion?

  • This could be a JavaScript conflict. Have you tried disabling ALL your plugins, and seeing if that resolves the issue? If so, enable them all one by one to find the plugin that is causing the issue.

You can also check to see if it’s theme-related by switching to the default theme and seeing if that fixes it.

Once you’ve found the culprit you will be able to troubleshoot.

Thanks for your suggestion. The default (WP 2016) theme has the same issue, so Unlimited is off the hook.

I’ll start the slog through my various plugins (sigh)… Thanks!
