• Have a site with an older version of wordpress, been working good for years. For some reason this morning the site was broken. I went into the admin and looked at the template files and noticed the bottom portions of code were missing, some of it was cut off right in the middle of a line of code. I replaced the code and saved the template, and it worked, but then a little bit later the code is missing again. Any ideas?

depending on the “older version” you are running, chances are some security fixes has been released since.

I know security fixes have been implemented in newer versions. I was just hoping someone might have have an idea about what this could be. Maybe it’s a malicious attack? file corruption? DB corruption? I just need to figure out what’s wrong so I can fix it without losing too much.
