It would be nice if the plugin would skip these notifications, as they are used by WordPress to advise you about the status of specific actions, for example to confirm that the changed settings were saved, or that a plugin was successfully installed.

Most people are only trying to hide commercial notifications and others like review requests etc., and not the system ones.

    Thanks!

That’s a good idea @tanohex! Do you think that should be default behaviour or a plugin setting?

I would have it as the default behavior, as the plugin is pretty great the way it is right now (simple, clean, without bloated settings).

The system notifications never bothered anyone, as they are temporary and actually inform you about stuff of interest – errors, plugin/theme activation/deactivation etc.

    Thanks!

Thank you @tanohex for taking the time to respond. I think I agree with you on this one. I will create a ticket so that the change gets included in the next release.
