WordPress ? Support ? How-To and Troubleshooting How to change site title fro

Am using the Isabelle them from Blu Chick. I’ve tried inputting all sorts of css code to change the post titles from a forced ALL caps to a mix of upper and lower case, as typed.

This is what I last tried – no change.
