WordPress Store Button

  • Can anyone help me? I need to purchase the Video thing so I can upload videos.

    It says you can purchase it using the store button on the dashboard.

    However, I can’t seem to find that button at all.

  • Are you talking about VideoPress? If so, that is a WordPress.com feature. Head on over there for support. https://en.support.wordpress.com/

    If you would like to add VideoPress to your self-hosted WordPress site, you will need this plugin:
    VideoPress

    You’ll still need to have a WordPress.com blog (which you don’t have to use) and log in there and go to Store to purchase and set up the service. Once you do, you can use the above plugin to connect the service with your current site.

    Yes, I’m talking about VideoPress. However, I don’t know how to get to Store because my WordPress blog doesn’t seem to have a Store button.

    How do I get to it?

    What people have been trying to tell you is that WordPress.COM is not the same thing as www.remarpro.com.

    Self hosted blogs do not have the Store button.

    Thank you; I appreciate your telling me. The blog was originally set up for me so I’m just now learnin the tech side.

    So, since I’m self-hosted I guess I’ll then need to find my own program to upload videos, etc.

    Again, I appreciate everybody for putting up with my ignorance. ??

    Try FittingSides’ solution. I haven’t looked at it in detail but it looks promising.
