WordPress stops working just after activating the plugin

I installed the plugin from my WordPress admin page (self-hosted), then click Activate. After that the whole WordPress is broken. All pages return “Connection was reset by peer” message shown in Firefox.
If I delete the plugin folder, everything works again.
