WordPress stop loadgin on IOS

  • Hello everyone,

    Been on the threads for too many hours and can’t find what I need. I’m developping wordpress website.

    This one is not finished, tho it’s soon finished.

    Website work fine on pc and android. I mean very fine. But on IOS, no matter what is the browser (tested on safari and chrome) the loading stop and some of the text won’t load. The charging bar stop at a moment and won’t go on.

    Theme : astra
    Plugin : elementor pro and elementor (disabled all the others). I tested with litterally no plugin and i still face the same issue.

    If someone could reach out, that would save my sunday.

  • You have included an HTML widget from elfsight via Elementor, which cannot be loaded and causes an error in the browser. I can’t judge if this is a problem for iOS. But it is the only noticeable thing that catches my eye.

    If the website won’t load on iOS at all, you might want to contact your hoster as well, since it might be a hosting provisioning issue and has nothing to do with WordPress.

    Thanks for your answer. I delete it to test. Same issue. The widget was charging well in IOS.

    The website load : picture, color, butons.. even the text. But it gets stuck at a certain point where all the style are not apply : texte style white, title are cropped… And the site is stuck on loading state.
    Run perfectly on my google pixel 6 and on every device.
    On IOS, it won’t load the same. Don’t know if it’s a question of which CSS apply or whatnot.

    Anybody experiencing this issue ? I can provide more detail if you need.
