WordPress: SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS, MySql query slow my site?

  • hello, my site is using WordPress CMS, but due to SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS query, my site is running very slow! I am using the lastest version of WordPress 5.2.1 ? I am getting this error this:

    “creating select sql_calc_found_rows wpl4_posts.id from wpl4_posts where 1=1 AN”

    Any person help me out? Please
