WordPress-Specific SQL Injection Attack

I have WordPress Firewall installed, and keep getting warnings of an offending parameter “recaptcha_challenge_field” on wp-comments-post.php. Is this a vulnerability in wp-recaptcha? All attempts are blocked, so no harm was done, but it is a bit concerning.
