• here’s a strange problem that my girlfriend encounters in her feedreader (os x – netnewswire): almost everyday, there are posts in the feed of several wordpress.com-blogs that have nothing to do with the specific wordpress.com-blog itself, but they appear to be announcements (or ads, or spam, or whatever) from wordpress.com. for example, last week, there were about ten weblogs that showed a post called “The WordPress App for LinkedIn”. obviously, this post hadn’t been written by the bloggers in my girlfriends feedreader. i don’t know if i’m talking jibberish, or if it’s just a wordpress-blog option that we overlooked. however, i have a few of the same blogs in my google-reader, and i never encounter the ‘spam’-posts….
