WordPress Site with Custom Search

Hello guys,

I have a friend who has very huge database of companies separated in some spreadsheets. He want me to build a site which have functionality like this:
– Has a search box section with some fields (e.g. name field, city field, postal code field, etc) to search the information inside the spreadsheets database
– People have to pay (using PayPal) to see the result from the search box. And they have to pay for EVERY search
– If possible, the result will be displayed on a page (NOT as spreadsheet)
– The spreadsheets MUST not be downloadable as the spreadsheet will be used as database only and people (visitor) don’t know about the spreadsheets.

Do you guys think I can make this kind of site using WordPress? What plugins I should use?

Any suggestions, help and advices will be very appreciated.
