wordpress site suspended contact host

  • Old site I’ve beed running for a friend for the past 2 years. He sent me password and username to get on www.remarpro.com I added pages etc… We now have over 25,000 hits. Now when you click on site it pops up Site suspended contact Host. Namecheap is host. They say domain is paid up until 1/21. They say issue must be with WordPress. I can’t sign in to old site. So I signed up here to get help.

    Domain registration and Webhosting servicea might have separate renewal / payment dates.

    (WordPress is not the hosting plan — WordPress is software that can be installed in the hosting plan.)

    If the site has been suspended, it doesn’t have anything to do with the WordPress software. “Suspended” implies the hosting service has denied access to the site for some reason.

    aggieland77, as claytonjames said, WP has nothing to do with this, and this is the wrong place to ask for help. You need to contact your web host. They are the only ones who can help you and/or list the ban.

    To Clarify:

    The site specific login for your WordPress dashboard (WP-Admin area) is not related to the login for the www.remarpro.com support forum.

    Access to the webhosting vendor is not connected to access for the www.remarpro.com support forum.
