WordPress site loses style formating

Looks like the CSS file cannot be accessed –

Maybe permissions?

OK,, my vps company says i have to fix mysql permissions.

SQL permissions are normal, even images cannot be seen. can someone take a look?

Ok, error log states File does not exist: /var/www/html/wp-content . How can this be solved?

Are you using any security plugins?

Is there an .htaccess file inside of your /wp-content directory?

If not, have you checked the contents of the main .htaccess file in the root directory of your WordPress installations.

Sometimes some security plugins such as BulletProof security can set rules in the .htaccess to block certain scripts from being run from /wp-content which would cause your current issue.

I cleared the base htaccess. No other htaccess. I think the mapping has gone. I am trying to figure where to look. I am open to other suggestions too.
