WordPress Site is redirecting to Malware Site

Hi there,

My website is continuously being hacked and it is redirecting to a malware site, I’m not even able to login wp-admin as well its yet redirecting to another malware site.

Basically, after research, I figure it out they are changing website address from wp-options in the database, I have edited and set it back to my website but after like 3 or 4 days hackers again change site from there to another malware site.

Please assist me in how I could prevent them to breach into my site.
