WordPress site has custom CCF forms; how can I export formulas for backup?

I used your commercial services to create a custom calculator and it is awesome. Recently, my site crashed because of a membership plugin and I had to go back a full month of backups. I was afraid I had lost the CFF calculators, but they are ok as of now.

Is there a way to download/export/save/backup the formulas that create the calculators, so that if such a crash happns again, I won’t lose the valuable formulas?
