I am new to WordPress and not sure if this is the right forum to post this. BUT, my WordPress site is completely accessible from inside my LAN, meaning: From any device (mobile, or desktop), my pages, images, and themes display properly. However, from the WAN (no matter what device), I see nothing but boxes, no images, plain text, and no theme. I have my DNS setup via freedns.afraid.org, I know my outside IP, and everything I change either breaks the connection completely, or the page remains the same. I have my wpadmin site URL, and WordPress URL setup as my internal IP. I originally setup my WordPress install on my LAMP server with Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS, and have installed PhpMyAdmin to help. I can access PhpMyAdmin and wp-admin just fine within my LAN, but EVERYTHING else not so much. The site in question is known as https://www.jrscustomshop.com. I have tried to update .htaccess in /var/www/html to reflect the standard WP suggestions, but nothing I do seems to change this behavior. If anyone can help, I greatly appreciate it. Yes, I am hosting this site on my home server, and yes, it’s a BEAST of a machine. Hex-core, Gbit speed NICs, Router is solid, and every router config is available. I even have the IP setup on a DMZ so ALL internet traffic and ports are forwarded to the server.

The assets are pointing to the ip address instead of the domain.

I’m not sure what you mean here. I have set site and WordPress URLs to my domain name rather than ip before and that breaks the site, showing either nothing, or gives me the changeset uuid error.

So now changing BOTH WordPress and site URLs to my domain name made a significant difference, however images still don’t load, and I’m locked out of my wp-admin from both within my LAN and from the WAN. Any insight here is appreciated. I have seen this issue talked about before, but I can’t seem to find the solution anymore. Thank you all for your help in advance.
