WordPress site broke completly, tried many things, no clue, please help.

For some reason my wordpress page broke.
Usually the first thing on my home and about us page was a full width image with text on top. Now The page’s Title with a white < div > is being shown on top.

https://malimo.coThis weirdly happened after I created a new page and built it with visual composer.
I tried tons of things like deactivating all plugins and I even reinstalled a complete backup of all files and database from 10 days ago. The problem still persists. The theme author is unresponsive and I have no clue what to do.
I put over half a year of work into this site that’s why any help or clue as to where I could look for a problem or what I could do is greatly appreciated.

Your header seems to have two images in it and the white one is sitting on top of the visible one.
As you use a commercial theme and need support, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums. You are their customer; I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

thanks for your reply. The problem is that the theme author doesn’t respond. That’s why I’m just politely asking for help, as this might not have to do with the theme.
