I had been using the content of the WordPress sidebar on the event detail page. It would automatically appear below the MEC sidebar. Perhaps the display of that sidebar was removed as part of a recent update.

Is there another way to add content to the sidebar?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @denisedesign,

I just try to add more widgets on MEC sidebar on version 5.3.0 and then update MEC to the latest version, I didn’t see any issue,

Could you please share a screenshot of from widgets? unfortunately, your website can’t be reached (a short video also can help us to find the issue): https://i.postimg.cc/66Vhqqk3/image.png.

Note: I test it on the “Hello Elementor” and “Divi”.

    Best Regards

Ah, there’s a MEC Sidebar! That’s new. It wasn’t there before. I just moved my widgets to that sidebar and viola! Thanks!

    Hi @denisedesign,

    I’m glad it is fixed.

In fact, MEC Sidebar was added on v1.9.6 – 23 May 2017: https://webnus.net/modern-events-calendar/change-log/.

Sometimes if you change your WordPress Theme (even temporary) maybe your sidebar widgets move to another(or new) sidebar, and when you back to the main WordPress theme, see many changes on the sidebar and sort of the widgets.
So you should again, sorting widgets on all sidebars.

    Best Regards
