Hi whooami. I spoke with Sadish personally about this through email and I am removing the links for direct download from the download repository per his request. ThemeBot is a service to help people find themes and theme designers reach a wider audience. It also allows people to compare what is available in terms of layout options with different platforms. Sadish asked that I keep the themes in the gallery but provide a link to his website, which I’m working on right now.
Anybody who has designed a theme is welcome to add their own information about any theme they have created and provide a link back to their homepage. I have no intention of overstepping any copyright restrictions. I feel that ThemeBot is actually a service that is helpful for professional theme designers to gain exposure. All of the themes that are listed on ThemeBot are free downloads that can be downloaded elsewhere on the web. ThemeBot is merely a repository that makes it easier to find themes, like the wordpress themeviewer.
I am not taking credit for any of the themes that I did not design, and encourage designers to submit their own themes with links to their homepage. Also, I could not find any information about licensing restrictions on www.remarpro.com for any of the themes that are listed on the themeviewer. Thus, it is the responsibility of the user who has downloaded the file to observe the copyright notice included with the theme.
