WordPress setup config broken at step 2

So when I tired to install WordPress
i basically i fill the selected language and the Database Credentials, But on The step two my screen is met by A error screen saying
“There has been a critical error on this website” i Always met this error EVEN after i reinstall my Apache and wordpress Again!, I couldn’t Install wordpress on localhost
