• I hope someone out there can help me on this one.

I’m trying to set up a wordPress Blog using Fantastico Deluxe.

I made a mistake during setup and deleted the file and attempted to re-enter it, but recived this message when I tried to install the new data: “You chose to install in the main directory of the domain se2adv.com, but there are conflicting file names, therefore, we can not proceed. Following file names already exist in the main directory of se2adv.com (path=”/home/seadvcom/public_html/”). You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation:

    wp-admin
    wp-content
    wp-includes

Click on the browser back button to fix reported errors.”

I don’t know where to go to delete the files shown above.
Anyone know where I can find them?

  • FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and remove those folders.

To patch you up quickly, just call the host and ask them to delete the directories. Then download filezilla and read up on FTP so you know how to do it next time.
