WordPress settings for 2-language website (de/en)

Using Polylang, I would like to make my current website https://luxury-tour-switzerland.com/ bilingual:

a) https://luxury-tour-switzerland.com/de for German version

and

b) https://luxury-tour-switzerland.com/en for english

Question about the WordPress settings < General:

Is it correct that the WordPress address (URL) is the same for both languages, i.e. https://luxury-tour-switzerland.com/, but the website address (URL) https://luxury-tour-switzerland.com/de for German and https://luxury-tour-switzerland.com/en for English?

For to make it clear:

German:
WordPress address (URL)= https://luxury-tour-switzerland.com
Website address (URL)= https://luxury-tour-switzerland.com/de

English:
WordPress address (URL)= https://luxury-tour-switzerland.com
Website address (URL)= https://luxury-tour-switzerland.com/en

Can I do this directly in the WP admin?
