WordPress SEO (Yoast) Plugin issue

I have installed and configured the latest Report Content 1.1 but the plugin was not showing up on my posts. So I disabled all plugins except for Report Content and it started showing up on my posts.
Through the process of turning off plugins one at a time I narrowed it down to a conflict with WordPress SEO (Yoast) Version 1.5.3.3
The website in question is dunawaydeals.com and I would be glad to provide any more information you may need.

WordPress SEO (YOAST): Version 1.5.4.2 (free version)I also used the automatic integration, above as below doesn’t work…
Display form:
- “Whole site” shows the report buttom only at the startpage not at the post…
- post & pages doesn’t work…
- post doesn’t work
- pages doesn’t work
