WordPress seo by Yoast Not Working properly

My site has been performing well with the configuration i am having but recently og:description in yoast seo plugin has started working in unexpected manner and is showing excerpt of a random post on my blog. Though it was working correctly before but now it’s not/.. i tried viewing source for that description and i saw that yoast og:description tag is linking to that description.
