WordPress SEO by Yoast creating duplicate Open Graph

I’ve done a search to see if there is a fix mentioned in other posts but I haven’t found one. The following tags look to be appearing twice on my site in almost the same way:

Facebook won’t accept it this way because the fb:admins is listed twice too so I can’t get domain insights either. My site is https://freedomisthedream.com

It isn’t adding in the Twitter card meta tags either. Is my theme messing things up?

I have the same issue. Did you find the solution?

It was my theme that was causing all of my tags to be duplicated. Even tags from other plugins were being duplicated. I switched to a newer theme and they went away.
