    URL is https://www.localdistribution.com.au. there’s nothing on the site now since i just tried to restart the whole wordpress system.

    so i need to import my backup file but in this condition, im not able to even install the importer plugin let alone do anything else.

    also why does it look like it hasnt been loaded properly? i need it to look like how it was originally (the back end of wordpress)

    Your site is loading fine. If you cannot get access to your site, clear caches or use another browser or another computer.

    yeah, i have no problem with the site before it’s just the back end. i’ve tried clearing caches and using another browser and still no help.

    Yes, my hosting is on Crazy Domain. Thanks for that.

    Is there a solution? From quickly browsing through the thread, they don’t have a solution and Crazy Domain has nothing to say for the issue.

    We don’t know anything more than you do – it looks like they are working to fix whatever is wrong on their server(s).
