WordPress Search Widget –> How To Change Height

Hello,
My apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this question. It is pertaining the WordPress Search widget that came standard with the site rather than a plug-in. I added it as a block in the page editor (widgets –> search). The search bar is showing up long (width) and skinny (height). I’m okay with the width, but I’d like to adjust the height so that it’d look more rectangular.
Please help me out. Thanks in advance!
