WordPress search supporting dynamic content

I’m looking for a better search capability for my WordPress website. Naturally, the standard functionality cannot see dynamic content. For example, if I have a page which accepts a 2-letter ISO country code and displays information about a country:

/country-info?cc=fr [shows page on France]
/country-info?cc=de [shows page on Germany]

Search for “Paris” (which features on the France page) and nothing is found. Naturally, WordPress does know all the valid parameter options possible, unless it can scan the pages included in my sitemap.xml (which has separate entries for each valid dynamic page).

Does anyone know of a method, plugin or service (although I’d ideally like to keep implementation local), that would be able to parse my entire site, build a content index and provide a good search function which will include my dynamic content?
