WordPress rolls back to fresh installed all posts and customazation gone

I have a blog with WordPress and it rolls back to fresh installed after like hours when I already posted posts and pages and changed the them with customizations. All posts and customizations gone…I asked hostgator about this they said it maybe a wordpress or script problem and they don’t have support for it…Can anyone tell me what’s going on..It really is a hassle…Please..Thanks!!!
