WordPress Role required for this plugin?

  • Hi this plugin is great and working on several of our client sites.

    I am interested in enhancing security on our sites using the Members plugin, as currently the wp-chatbot plugin seems to require full WordPress Admin role for dashboard use and I don’t want to assign this role to our clients, who typically have Editor role WP dashboards.

    I would be grateful if you could advise if this can be achieved.

    Hi, @vincentejc
    Yes, right, WP-Chatbot requires the Admin role to manage.
    I can advise you to log in to our main app https://app.mobilemonkey.com/
    Chat widget plugin is linked to it, go to Website -> Customer Chat Widget

    Your customers can make edits form the app and changes will be saved to WP-Chatbot.

    We also will consider a future improvement for the Editor role.
