You can add ‘myvalue’ as a parameter in the URL, or you could load ‘myvalue’ as a hidden field. When you load the /mypage/ URL, just check to see if ‘myvalue’ is set or not like this:
https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.isset.php

If you have to use the permalink structure, you could combine _REFERER with PARSE like this:
https://www.php.net/manual/en/reserved.variables.server.php
and
https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.parse-url.php

Assuming that you have already added ‘mypage’ to ‘query_vars’, you can use get_query_var(‘mypage’) to get the value of ‘myvalue’

$my_value = get_query_var( 'mypage' );
