WordPress Reverting’s Displayed Pages

Hello,
I somewhat manage our WordPress website. I don’t manage the content but rather maintain the WP version and plugins updates. I have been told that some of our pages such as the teams page has been reverting back to it’s old version. How is this possible? I don’t see any evidence of this happening. Also, is there a way to contact WP engineers? Our site is not hosted on WP.com.
