  • I am having the same trouble. Are you using it in a Multi-Site (WP Network) environment? I am, and I’m wondering if it’s not compatible. Bummer, if that’s the case.

Indeed I’ve tried to use this plugin in the same environment as you. Due to a lack of response, I’ve had to abandon the idea and have been looking around for an alternative.

    Hi there,

My apologies for the unusually late reply to your support request.

I have just gone back from a long, well deserved holiday!

The plug-in is fully compatible with Multi-Site, you have to deactive it globally and activate it individually on each site to get it to work properly.

There is no widgets created by the plug-in so whatever is in your widget area isn’t coming from my plug-in, maybe something in your theme instead is creating these?

Please activate the plug-in on each individual site and see if it appears as expected in the admin area.

    Many thanks

    Peter

Yes, there’s a conflict somewhere. Haven’t isolated where the specific conflict is, but when I activate Responsive Menu on a freshly created site, the admin menu does come up.

I still can’t even get the admin menu to appear. I’ve had to use a different plugin for now, but would rather be using yours if this can be sorted out.

    Hi mcurrale and cydar,

If you are still having problems can you please provide me with admin access to your WordPress sites so I can take a look at this for you.

You can email them to me at [email protected]

    Many thanks

    Hi Peter

I sent you an email a week back, but haven’t heard back and I’m still facing the same issue.

    Cheers.

    Marco

    Hi Marco,

Apologies, I am extremely busy at the moment, moving house etc. and as I am the sole developer on this (more of a personal project that I decided to release) my time is unfortunately not a commodity I have much of at the moment.

I will try my best to look at it for you but unfortunately I have quite a few emails backed up at the moment.

    Apologies again.

    Many thanks

    Peter

    Hi Marco,

Im a bit confused… I just activated the plugin and the plugin menu appeared straight away…

Also, the menu appears on the site perfectly too..

I didn’t have to do anything except activate the plug-in… Please check on the site and de-activate if you no longer want to use it, or remove the other resonsive menu.

You will see the options near the bottom of your admin options on the left, between “Social Login” and “Skype Master”.

    Many thanks

    Peter
