    Hi @ildomandatore,

    The error message you’re receiving usually is generated after an update that wasn’t completed successfully, and there are corrupted files.

    Please try deleting the plugin and then re-installing a fresh copy. Your forms and data will not be deleted when you delete the plugin, as that data is saved in your site’s database and isn’t included in the uninstall process. (In case you’re curious, there is an option to delete forms and their data as well here – https://a.supportally.com/RW6BA9)
