    You will need to enable this. WordPress has this feature but it is kept disabled by default.

    Here are the steps to enable it:

    1. Login to your site with administrator
    2. Navigate to Settings menu
    3. You will find a checkbox field labled as ‘Anyone can register’
    4. Please check that checkbox and save the settings

    Your site will have the registration enabled on wp-admin page. Also, you can decide for the default user role for registrants on the same settings page.

    @ketanvyawahare @t-p thank you yes its working , and its possible be under my aproverl ?for example after creating an account me to give the aprovel ?
