I’ve installed the Paid Membership Pro plugin along with its WooCommerce addon. I created two free membership levels, which you can check out here: https://smokinjoint.africa/membership-levels/

When I select a membership package or level, it redirects me to the login page, which is great. However, the issue is that when I click the “Join Now” or “Register” button, the registration form doesn’t open. Without the Paid Membership Pro plugin, everything works fine. Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Selecting a membership level should take you to the Membership Checkout page where you would register for your level.

As you’re being redirected away from this page and sent to the login page, your Membership Checkout page is either set to require a membership level (all core PMPro pages should be open as we handle redirects away from those pages in the plugin) or you have the login page set as the checkout page in the page settings.

Please navigate to Memberships > Settings > Pages and ensure that each page is a unique page with the respective pmpro_ shortcode on them. None of these pages should have any levels selected in the ‘Require Membership’ metabox.
