WordPress Redirects leading and plufin updating error

Dear All, My Worpress Websites have been witnessing the following problems

1) The my pages both logged in nd logged out redirect to this “1&s&swcfpc=1”
2 this code also appear at times when am updated a plugin

Please what can I do?
I cached my pages and disabled all plugins but am still facing this issue.
