WordPress redirecting old urls using .htaccess

Hi,

I’m trying to use .htaccess to redirect old cached urls on my blog to new URL. Can someone tell me how to do it with .htacesss file please.

https://info.domain.com/blog/bid/122639/post-name
https://info.domain.com/blog/bid/121209/another-post-name
https://info.domain.com/blog/bid/121254/third-post-name

to
https://domainname.com/post-name
https://domainname.com/another-post-name
https://domainname.com/third-post-name
