WordPress redirect me to main site page when i done each action!!

  • Hi friends,
    Please help me because i hanged from this issue,

    I have a vps with 4Gb ram and 4Core cpu,
    my site have a number of +70000 page views every day,
    and most time +300 online visitor,

    the problem is:
    when i want to do any action,after waiting for it the WordPress redirect me to main site page!

    Example1: I want empty the comment trash , I choose empty the trash and job start and browser show it work for it but after minutes it redirect to main site page without empty anything at all.

    Example2: I want to enable or disable one pluging, I select one to disable but after minutes it redirect to main site page without disable it r do a correct time!

    Example3: I want to publish new post,when i click the publish , new post will be publish but it redirect to main site page after publishing not editor mode of same post.

    and important thing is some times I get this error:
    Database connection error

    and when i refresh the page it solved.

    what is the reason?
