wordpress real estate property upload and search

I’ve put together a wordpress website https://www.landlordletting.com/
I am using the Platform Theme from https://www.pagelines.com/
And I am using WP-Property 1.04 plug in as my Property and Real Estate Management Plugin for WordPress.

I’m trying to include:
a) a property search for those properties I add. I’ve tried adding the widget for property search but it doesn’t seem to work – any ideas?

b) also I am looking for a plug in that allows the User to register and add their own properties themselves rather than me putting them on via a form – any ideas?
