wordpress randomly asking me to install

I was delete post from my site and got an error message. When i tried to get back into my dashboard i was promoted to reinstall. I am no longer able to get to my website or my admin page.

I have check your forum and found this thread

I follow the directions from the above link and repaired the tables, but unfortunately my blog is still asking me to install. It didn’t seem to work. Any other suggestions? I’ve been working on my site for days now and am desperate to get this back online.
