WordPress Publicize error with Tumblr

Hello everyone I just came across an error which I’m sure everyone might be facing or may have not have noticed.

I’ve just published my first post on my new website using JetPack Publicize on WordPress 3.6. It worked fine with Twitter and Linkedin account but it’s not working for tumblr.

My original post https://www.maimoon.net/maimoon-inc-new-website-soft-launch/ now if you visit my tumblr page https://maimooninc.tumblr.com/ & hit “view post” on the first post you’ll be directed to a 404 page, but the Publicize works fine with https://twitter.com/maimoon/
