wordpress prefix goes nowhere

I have recently changed my wordpress.donbrobst.com to donbrobst.com through Godaddy. Some of the subscriber links and all shortlinks still have the prefix of ‘wordpress’, which therefore goes nowhere. It does not lead to the blog.
