WordPress Posts Excerpts Sociable Probelm

Hello All,

I have a problem with displaying Excerpts in my blog – https://www.iwebie.com

I am using 2 Plugins

1. Sociable
2. Advanced Excerpt (I have set the Excerpt Length to 40)

First Problem:

The Read More ? link comes after the Sociable Plugin Bookmark Toolbar. I want it to come before the toolbar. How do I change that.

Second Problem:

If you visit https://www.iwebie.com, you will notice a post titled “EkaLOVEyudu MP3 Songs ?”. The post contains “Bookmark Article” Toolbar twice. I notice this happens for every post whose number of words falls bellow the Excerpt Length i.e. 40.

Following is the change, I made in index.php;
