• When a scheduled post is automatically published we would expect it to go to the top of the blog at the moment of publication. This does not happen. Instead it gets ‘date’positioned in the blog according to the last edited date.

    So the publication date is correct, but the last edited date might be some time in the past meaning the post does not get seen as newly published.

    Q: is this a user error? Yes, as post may well be saved to draft during the writing stage then when finished get ‘scheduled’ for future publication. This does not seem unreasonable…

    Any advice appreciated.
