[wordpress portfolio slideshow o_o] creating gallery from external img links

my imgur has maybe 600 photos. all the links are complied into a word doc. im trying to figure out how i can turn that list into an image gallery. can portolio slideshow do this without having to manually input one link at a time, if its possible.
