I’ve created a pop up and am trying to link it with my wordpress site however they’re not appearing on wordpress even when hitting refresh and when I try and do it from the pop up builder it’s saying the code isn’t there. Can you please assist?

    Thanks Lauren for your question!

Could you please have a look at the points on https://mypopups.com/help/i-m-getting-the-error-we-could-not-find-the-code-on-your-site-when-trying-to-launch-the-pop-up-why? Does that help?

    Hi Nick,

No I have looked at that already and nothing works.

    Hi @laurengnatta ,

I’ve inspected your site, it seems that due to very specific configuration (could be due to [custom] WP theme and plugins combination), our plugin is unable to establish a connection and properly add the popup code.

In this rare, exotic case I can only suggest that you place the popup code manually. You can find popup code on the “Integrate it” screen of your popup on mypopups.com, select the “Any other HTML site” as a platform – the code will appear at the bottom of the page. Please copy that code and insert it to <head> section on your site, then launch the popup from mypopups.com Integrate it screen (refresh the page first).

    Kind regards

I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you ??
