WordPress Plugin with Survey & Line Graph

Is there any way through which I can create the survey and based on the responses received, I perform necessary calculations and generate line graph which will be dynamic as it will have responses coming in anytime even after generation of line graph.

Basically I wanted to calculate consumer confidence index from responses received and display the real-time results back to website viewers.
