WordPress Plugin To Maintain Connections

  • Hello,

    I’m about to create a site with following features:

    * Numerous users can signup with their email ids
    * When a registered user login to his/her account, he should be able to view all other registered users in a list.
    * Further the user should be able to send a request to other users in the list.
    * If the other user accepted the request, a notification should appear on the initial user account.

    How could I create this setting using wordpress plugin?
    All suggestions are welcome.
