WordPress plugin that sends per subscriber messages that appears on Front End

    I wonder if you can help me with this. I need to know if there is a membership plugin that will allow a WordPress website/administrator to do the following:

    1. Allow front end uploading of profile pictures for the website’s subscribers/members. I’m familiar with WP User Meta, but the upload functionality is only available for the premium version. I wonder if there is a free one.

    2. Allow the website administrator to send messages to the website subscriber. But instead of the message being sent as an e-mail, that message must appear as a notification on the website when the respective user is logged in. For example, if I send one user a message, that message must appear on my user’s profile page. Is there any plugin that does this?
